Founded in 1901\, the ensemble has grown into the largest collegiate male choir in the United States\, known for its commanding sound\, expressive range\, and deeply moving performances. \nComprising approximately 180 singers from across the university\, the BYU Men’s Chorus performs a wide-ranging repertoire that spans classical masterworks\, sacred hymns\, folk traditions\, and contemporary choral music. Their performances balance power and precision with warmth and musical storytelling\, creating concerts that resonate with both longtime choral enthusiasts and first-time listeners. \nThe ensemble is conducted by Dr. Brent Wells\, Associate Professor of Choral Conducting and Ensembles at Brigham Young University.
