Increase your well-being and deepen your relationships with others. Our own Marion Lyman-Mesereau teaches Mindful Movement Yoga and Mindful Movement with Bamboo Sticks. With these practices one can maintain strength, balance, and breath control. Class alternates monthly between yoga and movement with bamboo sticks.
