Improve your balance and help prevent falls. The newly added Senior Tai Chi for Arthritis class led by Board Certified TCA instructor Skip Ludloff meets in the Women’s Building every Wednesday from 9:00 to 10:00 AM. These free classes are open to all and promote relaxation, flexibility and strength with an emphasis on exercises to help with fall prevention.
