The Hawai‘i Conference United Church of Christ is hosting an open forum with the Rev. Dr. Karen Georgia Thompson – the newly installed General Minister and President (GMP) of the United Church of Christ. Come, ask questions and hear her wisdom!

We are excited that Karen Georgia has offered this opportunity for us to visit with her during her stopover in Hawai‘i! She will be passing through Honolulu on her way back from a pilgrimage to the Marshall Islands to raise awareness about the effects of nuclear testing and climate change in the region.

This will be Karen Georgia’s first visit to Hawai‘i as General Minister and President. Come meet and greet her – all are welcome!
