The Welcome & Engagement Ministry is one of our newest and most active groups! They’ve planned our recent potlucks and church-wide fellowship gatherings. Come hear from ministry co-chairs Tom Kiyabu and Marian Soo who will share about the importance of change and the vital role of the Welcome & Engagement Ministry, and how you can get involved.

Tom has had a long career as a business leader in Honolulu, as statewide head of UPS, and is also a well-known Realtor. Since joining CUC in 2014, he has assumed key lay-leadership roles in our church, and currently co-chairs the Welcome & Engagement Ministry. He’s also rejoined the Church Council as the Vice Chair.
